Our Sports Medicine follow-up care at Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic is second to none. We are personally invested in the diagnoses and treatment of these cases, and we do everything we can to ensure the horse is ready to compete. Every Sports Medicine case seen gets a call-back after the exam to check progression and answer any questions about treatments and upcoming events.

SVEC doctors attend equine events throughout the spring, summer and fall to examine and treat horses at the most crucial time — while they are competing. Watching our patients compete helps us better understand the conditions being treated and offer the best care and peace of mind possible.

We will be examining and treating horses at the events listed below during specific times on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you know you need your horse examined before or after you run, please contact our office the week prior to the event. We will adjust according to your draw time at the show.
